The 2016 NBA Champions, Cleveland Cavaliers were the only NBA team in history to come back from a 3-1 deficit and win NBA Finals. They were the only NBA team to use the Total Body Board during the 2016 NBA season. It wasn’t only used at their
training facility, it traveled with the team and was used on the court during all road games as part of their pregame warmup. During the 2016 NBA Finals, the Total Body Board was featured on the ESPN Pregame Show.

“When Charles Austin showed me his Total Body Board, I immediately told him that he was on to something huge that would have a major impact in the sports and fitness arena. I was one of the first people to utilize the original slide board. After seeing all the things that can be done with Charles’s Total Body Board, I was very impressed with how he took such a simple concept and turned it into something that can be used to make amazing strides in the sports performance, athletic training, rehabilitating injuries and overall fitness. With his Total Body Board, weight lifting exercises, sport specific exercises and rehab exercises for all injuries can be done on one single piece of equipment. I haven’t seen any other piece of equipment that can do everything that can be done on the Total Body Board. One other thing that makes the Total Body Board so great is it gives it’s user the ability to perform a total body, high intensity workout without putting a high level of stress on your joints and tendons. I personally use the Total Body Board and have noticed significant progress in my strength and range of motion.”
