The Total Body Board is a great tool for Rehab!

The Total Body Board is great for preventing and rehabilitating injuries.  All muscle groups can be worked in each plane of motion were the muscles are balanced and functioning properly.  Stress on the athletes joints, tendons and ligaments can be controlled due to the different levels of resistance allowing for low to medium to high impact depending on what state of rehabilitation the athlete is at.  Another major plus for the Total Body Board is all movements are driven by the core.  To perform each movement correctly, the core must remain engaged.
