The Total Body Board allows users to be very creative with their training.  Within 30 minutes you can perform a complete total body workout.  No matter what muscle group, it can be worked using the Total Body Board.  Also the Total Body Board is portable.   Take it to the gym, the park, the beach or use in the privacy of your own home.  Up to seven people can utilize the Total Body Board simultaneously while performing seven different exercises.  The bands of resistance can go upwards of 500 pounds if needed.  There is not another single piece of fitness equipment that can do what the Total Body Board does.
